Page Commentary

This page provides a summary of the sources I have used in my research. To date my research has been limited to received information and documents and online sources as I haven't had the opportunity to visit the various record offices to undertake further research. Hopefully, this will change over the coming years.

To date I have added transcripts of all the census records found and a few other sources. The intention is to add the details from civil registration certificates next and then other sources as I find time.

I have added sources to the details for Charles Morgan [my great great great grandfather] as an example of how they will appear. Generally I will be adding sources as transcripts only, not images of the sources. There are two reasons for this. First, to keep the size of the site down and second, to ensure quick loading pages. Family papers or items may be added as pictures though as transcripts often don't do them justice.
